itsumō Headquarter

Itsumō Headquarter caught our attention with its unique architecture and the raspberry-red exterior—we were immediately drawn in by the vibes. The building itself is mesmerizing, and the modern metal-finish menu added to the cool, contemporary feel of the place.

The menu features Japanese-inspired desserts like tarts, tea, and soft serve. We decided to try the classic soft serve and a houjicha tart. A quick tip: take a lactase pill if you’re sensitive to dairy because the treats are incredibly cheesy and creamy!

I personally loved the tart—it had just the right touch of sweetness, with the rich, earthy flavor of houjicha coming through. Overall, this is a solid spot to satisfy your sweet treat craving of the day if you’re looking for a unique dessert experience in Bali.
