SIA is an underrated seafood restaurant with a vibe that reminded me of street restaurants in Vietnam or Thailand—but with a modern, cool edge. Their attention to branding (logo, uniforms, interior design) is spot on. I loved the octopus satay and pomelo salad, and their grilled fish was amazing too. With great food, music, and ambiance, SIA is an ideal spot for a seafood night out.
